In the center, a star like shape is formed within a circle. This star sits within a flower, which in turn has a flower shaped border surrounded by another circle. A second circle follows, and between the two circles is a pattern of spirals. The central motif is known as the Flower of Life. The ring is approximately 8 mm wide at the
