It tells the story of a young woman from East Germany who comes to New York City in the late 1990s and is discovered as a fashion model. The story is told in three parts: through photographic snapshots of the city and through memorabilia such as notes, Polaroids, behind the scenes shots, fashion editorials, and campaigns. An ode to New York City in the late 1990s. A portrait. A self
