Collins: The Reti improvers and play tricksThis book examines what might be described as the pure Rti Opening. White starts with 1 Nf3 and intends to meet 1 d5 with the Rti response 2 c4. One of the major advantages of playing these systems is that they rely far more on general strategic understanding than rote memorisation.
