It's completely hand finished; the black velvet (feels to be rayon) is embellished with multicolored beads and sequins in chevron stripes and scales. The jacket has an open front that fastens with a beaded button at the waist, rounded shoulders, and a black silk lining. It's in excellent condition. Measurements: Bust 35" Waist 30"
