Transparent holographic, iridescent pvc is layered over clear. Fit is adjustable with buckle in back. Silver toned nickel plated steel hardware and with double layered bondage style o ring in front. Collar is 1. 5 inches wide. Ring are 1. 5" and 1" wide. Ready to ship in blue. There is a lot of variation in the iridescence which is difficult to photograph! It shifts between a cool blue purple
