Drop on handle is 5. Fabric is felt over a cardboard base with felt and glass bead trim. Label reads Novelena Inc. San Antonio. Has metal toggle clasp on top and an inside metal zippered pocket. Good condition with some stains on base and some spots where the felt is worn at corners; also it may need to be glued back at the corners on the inside; I wasnt sure it if was made that way or not so I
