I think most of the little wax blossoms are there, and its quite a dramatic shape. Shown over vintage veil for display, not included. Measures: Circumference approx 21 front height 3 Condition: Generally fine to wear, once elastic replaced. A little age browning to silk rusting to visible metal. Please see the many photographs!
