Across the front of clutch, there is a ruched strap piece of velvet that goes through a rhinestone encrusted buckle. Wearer can put hand through the decorative strap for easy handling of clutch. Rhinestone buckle is missing two clear rhinestones, clutch is in otherwise amazing condition. Lined with black velvet. Tow pockets inside. Measures: 9. 25" W x 4. 75" H x 1. 75" deep
