Wide cuffed collars and buttons at cuffs. Back of skirt has a sassy pleated fishtail hem, topped with side buttons! Small hole in bodice as shown, seat of skirt is lined. Measures 37" bust, 27" waist, 38" hips , 47" long, 17" bodice
