1940s Green Hat by New York Creation 30s_dress 3" across the ball and1940s kelly green hat with small brim. Can be worn over the crown or at the back of the head. A cluster of pink flowers and a small piece of netting adorn the front. New York Creation label with a listed size of 22. Excellent condition with minor wear but no fading to note. A moth chew but not holes; flowers could be fluffed a little. Very vibrant colors.
