High hip: 33" at 6" down

Material has stretch but I recommend a smaller size due to the shoulder and bust measurements

There is mend in the skirt near the waist but it's not readily noticeable due to the fullness of the skirt

Full skirt has a size metal zip and single button closure at waistband. Both pieces are lined for opacity. Excellent condition, skirt has a very deep hem and could be let out quite a bit.
