There is a belt feature in matching ruched chiffon that secures at the reverse with hook-and-eye fastenings

It fastens with a zip to the side

1930s Monochrome Chevron Pattern Tulle Dress 70s_Peasant_Chic Our model's sizes are: Bust:An unusual and original 1930s tulle black and white dress which reminds me of the work of Gabriel Chanel and the great American designer Elizabeth Hawes. We have referenced Chanel's 1936 design here. This dress is unlabelled although American made and despite extensive research, I have been unable to ascertain who designed this.
