Black wide weave cello straw pillbox hat accentuated with a large fringed center button in the indented crown. Interior is finished with the standard black grosgrain ribbon. Inner circumference is 21 1 2 inches. Measuring on the outside, side to side is 16 1 2 inches. Excellent condition, appears like it was never worn. Label is Miss Eileen and the store label is B.
