White cotton with Broderie Anglais whitework and embroidered organdy. Bloused bodice with net lace collar; 3 4 length sleeves have alternating bands of net lace with bands of whitework. Skirt has three layers with an attached ruffle over the bottom layer, all at different lengths with different laces. Bottom skirt has a stiffer, under ruffle to provide fullness. The layers give the dress a
