30's Black Lace Zip Front Belted Tunic by Franklin Originals 1960s womens pants single button at neckThis 1930s black lace blouse is so fantastic! It's very versatile can be worn with leggings, a narrow skirt or even as a mini dress. It's made of beautiful black lace with a black rayon flounce and zipper placket. The zipper is a shiny early plastic celluloid. The cuffs on the tapered sleeves are notched and have five covered buttons and loops. A matching belt is included.
