1940s Sheer Cotton Plaid Dress spectator I noticed a small spot

I noticed a small spot in the skirt front

Skirt is flared and dress closes with a side metal zipper

Crepe has a bit of stretch so listed measurements are at rest and gently stretched

This could be reinforced and reattached or simply removed altogether

1940s Sheer Cotton Plaid Dress spectator I noticed a small spot1940s plaid dress in a sheer cotton with soft hand. Bodice is fitted and hes covered buttons and hooks and eyes at the waist. It was a little bit too small for the form which is why the waist isn't fully closed. Shoulders have small pads, original belt is present. Best for an xxs xs. Bust: 33" 34" Waist: 23. 5", snug 24" Hip: Free Waist length: 15" Length: 44" with a 2" hem allowance Belt is 28" long with holes ranging from 22" to 26" in length
