1940s / 1950s High Waisted Circle Skirt striped I have lightened some ofLate 40s early 50s black rayon taffeta (low sheen, nice drape) circle skirt with high waist. Waldes zipper at the back with a single hook and eye. Excellent condition with only very minor wear. There is teeny smudge on the waistband that I've not tried to remove as it's not really noticeable. Waist: 25" Hip: Free Length: 30"
