Add a belt for a finished look. The shoulder pads can be easily cut out if you wish. NOTED FLAWS: There is very minor pilling and wear to the fabric see close up photos. Overall in great shape!! MEASURMENTS: 16 inches across left shoulder seam to right shoulder 20 inches across left armpit seam to right armpit seam 44 inches total
