It is an unused item. Small and crisp, something old and something new at the same time. These are hard to date but it was found with hankies from the 40s to late 60s. No stickers. The edges are bound with more Battenburg lace. These make imaginative (and useful!) package decorations, if you are creative. Mint condition. 8 1 2" x 8 1
