There are some nips in the back of one sleeve and very light wear to some areas of the fabric
1940s Dotted Veiled Hat / Topper loafer Hip: 36" but due toDark brown felt cap hat can be worn tilted foward with the veil down or fastened back further on the head. Cute looped design over the front and veil that is fine in front but dotted on the side, see photos. Excellent condition, one size fits all.
