I am not sure what this material is. there is no stretch to it and it is very light weight and airy feeling. It is also really smooth and has a very slight sheen to it. The top is lined in a lace accept and there is a zipper up the back with 2 metal clasps at the top. I dated this more from the zipper. Green zipper says UNIQUE YKK JAPAN.
