Long sleeves with button cuffs. Please review photos. The tie on this blouse is not meant to tie in a bow but rather a tie or square knot. It is made unevenly. Also the neckline on one side is sewn into almost a b shape and pleated. I do not know if this is a flaw or if its just how it was made. Tagged size 6 but please check measurements as
