It was almost certainly manufactured by Henkel & Grosse who have a long association with jewellery making for Dior that began in 1955. Drawing on celestial motifs, it forms a large crescent moon surrounded by a circular stylised sun. The moon has a textured criss cross surface detailed with debossed stars.
