You could adjust the belt to shorten it quite easily

Felt had been added to rear of inner band by previous owner to sit in place. Nice soft material, and asymmetric style. Simple but effective, with grosgrain ribbon trim. Measures: Internal circumference 22 approx Condition: Good. A couple of pressure marks to velvet but all in good order, will give another quick steam!
