Sassaia Gavi - 2014 (375ml) Size:375ml yet they remain laid backThis wine is made from vines planted between 1960 and 1980. Trained in the traditional guyot system, there are 4500 vines per hectare yielding between 90 and 95 (quintali 100kg) annually. After soft pneumatic pressing, it is aged for 6 months in temperature controlled steel casks and bottle aged for an additional 3 to 4 months prior to release.
