West Cork Black Cask Irish Whisky (750ml) 2012 American and Hungarian oakWest Cork Black Cask Irish Whiskey is a fine blend of grain (66%) and malt (34%) whiskey aged in first fill bourbon casks for a period of three years, and then polish matured for a further year in heavily charred bourbon casks. The end result is a beautifully balanced whiskey with a taste of vanilla and lingering sweetness. Aroma: Malt, lingering sweetness, vanilla and slight smokiness. Taste: Malt, vanilla and sweetness.
