Featuring a central Burma ruby that measures approximately 90 points. Surrounded by 5. 4 carats of pav set old European cut and rose cut diamonds. This stunning heart pendant is set in platinum and 18ct gold. The diamonds are I colour, VS SI clarity. Circa 1900 1910. Measurements: 3. 5cm x 2. 7cm
