Its a blend of 18 and 11 year old sourced bourbon, as well as a 9 year old sourced light whiskey (high proof whiskey aged in used or uncharred new oak containers). Murray Hill Club has a soft nose with subtle butterscotch and citrus notes and just a little black pepper. The palate is honeyed with ground cinnamon, clove, and buttery caramel. The heat arrives in a perfect wave
