On the nose, hints of fresh baked bread, followed by fruity aromas of cherry, wild strawberry, white currants and rose petals. The palate is fresh and mineral, dry with long lasting, savory bubbles and ripe red fruits that pop at the finish. A stunning aperitif or partner for baked pasta with fall vegetables. Vegan.
