Antique English Country 17th Century Jacobean Charles II Oak Chest Drawers 1680 Recently Added Georges BatailleSOLD A good English 17th century Jacobean oak chest of drawers, from the Charles II Restoration period, circa 1680. The chest of diminutive size, dates to the last quarter of the 1600s and fitted with four drawers, each drawer with applique panels. The drawers with slightly later brass teardrop handles and engraved 'bat wing' lock plate escutcheons. The drawers open and close with ease and are aroma free and provide ample storage, the chest is raised
