The clover is enclosed within a circular medallion pendant, formed of two platinum discs of fine knife wire openwork. The reverse disc is rotatable, allowing the pendant to transform and display a variety of decorative patterns. The pendant bears a patent inscription, PAT. APPD FOR No. 8502 10.
