Refosk is a storied grape with a long history in the lands around the Istrian sea, a favorite of the Roman Empress Livia. Somewhat similar to Lambrusco (though more structured and deep in color) this wine pairs up beautifully with dank charcuterie. Deep currant and black fruit flavors chased with
