Vaudsir benefits from having both a northern and southern facing slope. The southern slope ripens earlier and provides richness and body while the northern slope ripens later in the season a provides the deep minerality of classic Chablis. Perfect for cellaring, or pairing with filet mignon, grilled portabello mushrooms, or pork chops.
