It is a vintage piece made in the 1970-80 era by Royal Doulton and I purchased it 8-10 years ago from a dealers vintage (but unused) stock

There is a tiny pin sized ink spot on the front as shown
There is one spot on the brown faux boise border that has an extra ink glob
Italian Fishing & Lake Scene Antique Wedgwood Black Transferware Plate Embossed Border Wedgwood It is a vintage pieceVintage Wedgwood Patrician Plate Black Transferware These plate depicts an Italian European alpine fishing scene with Column ruins, sail boats, rivers and fishing boats in the waters. It has a lovely embossed border with various flowers such as thistle, Morning Glory and ferns with a thin scrollwork and a band of green around each side of the border. So pretty!! Measures: 8 1 2" Condition: No chips or cracks, some crazing Marked on back as shown:
