Celler de les Aus 'Puput' Pét-Nat Rose, 2024 zinfandel The original watercolor on theThis Pt Nat is made from 100% Matar, or Monastrell. The vintage for this wine was exceptional, as the vines received lots of healthy rainfall in the early season, and dry, sunny conditions towards the end which aided ripening and maturity. It is tart, juicy, but serious, and a perfect aperitif wine, pairing gracefully with charcuterie, fresh fruit and veggies, or smaller hot plates.
