We would pair it with rigatoni alla Bolognese. Pomino is a rare and tiny appellation within the Chianti Rufina subzone, and is almost exclusively farmed by Marchesi di Frescobaldi. This wine is the result of a great opportunity for Selvapiana, due to the friendship of the owner of Petrognano, Cecilia Galeotti Ottieri and Francesco Giuntini. Selvapiana rents six
