While most people refer to Calvados as an apple brandy
and remained in the Swanson family for nearly all that time
with a drier and rustic character that has historically defined this drink
This wine is made from 65% Grenache
subtly woody Taste: mellow
OEC Brewing 'Pils' German-Style Pilsner cranberry While most people refer tobrewed with European Pilsner malt using a traditional step infusion mash. During the boil it is hopped using German Tettanang & Spalt Select. After the boil it rests in our copper Coolship for one hour and is then transferred over our baudelot cooler. It undergoes a cool open fermentation for 9 days using a classic Pilsner yeast. It is cellared cold for several months prior to packaging. ABV: 4. 8%
