we were having lunch in Il Pastaio - my family’s favourite Italian restaurant in Beverly Hills - and our concentration on the menus was broken by the sight of three Pomeranian dogs arriving in their own scaled down Lamborghini

This aspect of the job was under my control and I had to get it right

too low and there would not be enough depth and too high and we would lose immersion
