Valfaccenda 'Vindabeive' Vino Rosso, 2025 cream sherry and a beautiful crop of100% Nebbiolo from Valfaccenda's younger vines, with half clusters spending a short 5 days on their skins. As a result this is a light, chillable, extremely drinkable expression of Nebbiolo with perfumed red berry aromas and extremely soft tannin. This is a bright and easygoing version of one of our favorite grapes, and can be paired effortlessly with cured meats and harder cheeses, or grilled chicken kebabs.
