Fattoria San Lorenzo 'di Gino' Bianco, 2024 boston ungrafted vines from Ulli Stein's100% organic and biodynamic Verdicchio. This is San Lorenzo's least aged Verdicchio, spending 6 months on the lees in concrete and 3 more months in bottle before release. This is unlike your typical, easygoing, clean Verdicchio, it has tons of mouthfeel and texture layered throughout pear and peach fruit and a subtle vegetal character. It is an extremely special bottle of wine for lovers of White Rioja or Burgundy, or for Italian wine fans looking to
