Victorian Diamond Diving Swallows Necklace edwardian converted from a broochDATE: Victorian, c. 1880 THE most adorable antique necklace. The pendant is modelled as two swallows in flight, poised to kiss, each studded with rose cut diamonds and a ruby cabochon eye. Their crafted in silver and 15k gold (backs), and weve added a fine 18k white gold chain to match the silver settings. It dates from the late Victorian era, circa 1880, taking inspiration from the Aesthetic Movement that became popular in the preceding decades.
