Cyril & Jean-Mi VdF Rouge, 2023 vernaccia Italian Style PilsnerThis wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. The grapes are all organic, and are fermented separately in cement before blending. They are grown on sandy clay and limestone soils, giving the wine a mouthwateringly juicy fruit profile. Enjoy it with Grilled eggplant, herby lentils, and a creamy turmeric tahini. You'll get notes of macerated raspberries, red currants, tied together by soft earthy tannins. It also has a beautiful light ruby hue
