After whole cluster maceration for three weeks, the wine spends six months on lees with stirring once every two weeks. It is unfined, unfiltered, and overall, a juicy chillable red suitable for any occasion. Pair this with a chicken caesar wrap, or just sip it on your porch with some friends.
