It has flavors of red berries, cherry, raspberry, and boysenberry layered over dried herbs, cinnamon, nutmeg, and pie crust. Tannins are luscious yet silky, and the wine finishes with cooked fruit and chocolate. Pair this lovely wine with braised short ribs and miso butter roasted sweet potatoes.
