It has several coral and shell tassels, attached onthe thick main piece, which has gorgeous greenish blueturquoises and an eye agate bead set in the center. The inside is not hollow, but feels very massive. Like this, this piece has quite some weight of 80gr. The backside has a wonderful ornament with arabicwriting. Just a fantastic piece.
