The uppers are a smooth, patent, synthetic overlay with rock glitter covering the other parts. The lights are scattered through the glitter and light up with each step. There are elastic laces with a Velcro strap to keep them snug. There is a padded collar and a soft lining. There is also an on off button for the lights. The soles are a soft rubber so they won't mark your floors. Heel height: 1"
