Chianti 750 ml Size:750 ml Appetizers and finger foodThe wine shows floral, spicy, crushed red cherry aromas and flavors, a medium body and good balance helped by fresh acidity. The grapes for Spalletti Chianti come from the Folonari family estate of TorCalvano in Montepulciano, from vineyards classified for Chianti Classico DOCG. This production is supplemented by other vineyards within the Chianti zone. Yields are kept low to encourage complexity and concentration in aromas and flavors. Fermentation
